Since they are volunteers, sometimes it can take a few hours, maybe even a day or so if something is problematic on a weekend/holiday.

I have absolutely zero experience in RadOnc so I cannot comment on the content of the post but I can only suggest to take everything you read on SDN with a grain of salt.
